Covid-19 has been hard.

Covid-19 has changed you, but you could change back again with one simple trick.

It’s almost like a distant memory, isn’t it? Life before covid. Life before Brexit, life before 9/11. Can we ever move forward and feel that life is just like it should be again? Some of us are more likely to look back than others, but everyone is surely feeling put out in some way by the pandemic. We have drawn closer to some and more distant to others. Some have become richer and quite a lot have become poorer. It certainly has been a challenging time. Some have coped much better than others, but all of us have suffered in some way or another. The problem is that happiness tends to dislike big changes. However misled it might be, we do depend on external events to shape our world. To support our lives. The trains must run on time, the shops must have the right food, the dentist must have an appointment for us. When these things aren’t happening it knocks us off our game, sends us for a spin. We begin to lose sleep, feel stressed, fall out with people. So how do we get back to normal? Particularly when we can’t rely on what’s happening outside our own front doors.

When fishermen can’t go to sea, they repair nets. The Book of Runes.

We need to focus inwardly. This needs to be a calming influence. The story of the pandemic will be etched in our bodies. Whether we like it or not. Using the Alexander Technique we come back to ourselves. We focus on our bodies. We investigate and release tension. We cultivate awareness through the intelligent realignment of our frazzled bodies. We come right back to the moment we are in. Free of the past stressful months, we don’t worry about the future. At this moment we learn we are okay. And with a tension-free body, connected and functioning well, we realise a very important reset. We feel better and much more positive. We let go of the past. We don’t worry about the future. We are here now. Life is okay. Watch the video above and it could be the answer for you.
